Subsidiary specific advance PDF invoice template

Hi Guys
is there a way to assign a specific advance pdf template for each of the subsidiary so when an Invoice get printed for that subsidiary it will pick up that subsidiary specific invoice template? I was thinking of creating a workflow to do that or may be custom scripting.
