Intercompany CRM Activities
We are using one world. Several of our subsidiaries do business with the same customer, let's call that customer "XYZ Company". Each of the subsidiaries 1,2 and 3 have their own entity named XYZ Company as a customer (3 different entities with 3 different Internal IDs). Is it possible to consolidate or make visible all crm activities, emails, and support activities visible to all of the XYZ Companies in all subsidiaries?
If not natively in netsuite, is anyone aware of a way to make this work? We have multiple sales people from different subs unaware of what their colleagues are doing within the same account.
