Employee Profile

We have an employee whose profile allows her to access her Netsuite homepage but she can not actually view any specific documents such as invoices, sales orders, etc.

I sent an email over to Netsuite customer service almost a week ago and they still will not respond.

Can anyone help with this -- it is urgent!!!
