Support and call backs
I've noticed that Support seems particularly zealous about calling you back when you submit a Case. While I certainly appreciate the thought and effort, I have submitted my last few Cases via email because I feel my questions can easily be answered via email. Instead, I get calls (which I don't have time to answer, hence my usage of Emails to submit case) that leave messages saying "when is the best time to call you back?". I also get emails before and after they call telling me "I'm about to call" and "as per my voice mail when is the
