New Phone support?
I just phoned NS support for the first time since the transition to a new phone system. The clarity is great, but I'm not sure I like the new call routing.
Why ditch the menu options? I can understand that a neophyte might find them overwhelming, but it means advanced users now have to wade through talking to support reps who likely don't have sufficient knowledge to be of any help. Or at least that's what just happened to me.
