Support survey form

When filling out a support survey form today, I noticed that it had this text in a side column...

"By The Way...
We built this entire survey and e-mail using the following NetSuite features:
    * Custom Records
    * Online Custom Record Forms
    * E-mail Campaigns
    * HTML Templates
If you'd like to learn how you can do this too, search our NetAnswers Knowledge Base (keyword: survey)."

I really liked that form and wanted to check out the instructions, but.... NetAnswers has now been discontinued (https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users/showthread.php?t=5543) and I can't find it in the online Help ("Your search - survey - did not match any documents").
