Password Expiring before planned date

Hi,
I have a user here (in financial department) that observes she has to change her pw more frequent that her colleagues.
Users in similar role to her do not experience this problem.

Does anyone know what could trigger this?

FYI ..In the General Preferences, 180 days is defined.
