Restricted Access for Categories or landing page based on set audience / customers? (Search based)

Hi, There is a function on site builder where by you can create a tab, deselect the display in website and then set the audience (users) that can then access this tab.

I want to create a restricted access page on our site that will only appear to select customers. (we're creating a media center for resellers, ), Ideally I was looking at doing this via content delivery or by commerce categories but this is not a built in functionality ( no ability to ad an audience.)

Has anyone else looked at trying to create limited access to certain content / pages in SCA?
