Customers seeing info from other customers online

We have had some instances of shoppers coming to our SCA Elbrus site and upon getting there have found themselves logged in as someone else. They could see their contact and payment information and were able to call the other person. Neither of the crossing customer records had online access either. Is anyone else seeing this? Not good!
