Sorting Customers

Hello

I have a problem.

When we perform a mail-merge (send via email), it won't let us send more than 4,000 emails at a time. Our database is considerably larger than that. We sort our database by state to create smaller groups and to offer slightly differing prices (to alleviate FREE freight!) based on the state they are in.

This all works fine until a customer sends wine to another state other than the one they live in. This then puts them into more than one 'state group' and they receive the mail out twice. 3 times for 3 different state addresses, etc.
