Construction Project Management
I really appreciate some advice as to the best practice when using NetSuite for construction project management.
This is my scenario; I have a project worth $100,000
The customer wants to break the BIG project up so he can receive a number (10) smaller invoice claims. Each claim will have its own customer purchase order.
The project can be broken up into 10 logical tasks, each one has a different value (i.e. not 10 x $10,000 claims).
This is my CURRENT thinking;
Create ONE customer sub-job with a series of 10 opportunities, each opportunity has an associated sales order which we invoice as the corresponding task is completed.
