Inbound Mail

I have a customer who wants all thier sales rep to send thier emails from Netsuite.

The situation is that if they send an email from Netsuite and the customer response to that mail it will send back to netsuite customer record.

Thats Ok

The Problem is how can they know they have recieved an email in Netsuite without going through each one of thier customer or contacts.

Can anybody help me out with this
