New Implementation Training

We are a new one world customer with several locations around the world. Can someone give me their experience and recommendations to training resources from Netsuite. My fear is that we have never seen the product, are multi-lingual (German and English), and that we will let our employees down by not training enough. What type of training? How long? Train the Trainer? Just some feed back.
