Mass update prices when using quantity price levels

Is there a way to mass update prices when using quantity price levels?

I see that we can mass update prices and base the updated prices on "most recent cost".  It would be useful if we could we specify 0-24 units = cost x 1.75, 25-50 units = cost x 1.5, 50+ units = cost x 1.4.
