Searching Project Tasks

I have a project with three tasks

Task 1:  Start Billing
Task 2:  Setup Service
Task 3:  Train Customer

What I am trying to do is setup a search that show Task 2 – when Task 1 is tagged as complete.  I have tried putting each task in the criteria portion each with separate status’s.  But it does not work.

Any suggestions?
