NetSuite Data Storage Issue

Hello everyone.
Can someone from NetSuite please answer these questions regarding storage issue:

1. Does inactive fields, lists, custom records count towards data storage?

2. Does custom fields, custom records, custom lists all count towards data storage?

3. Does Webservice logs count towards data storage? If so, how can we clear logs from say past month? Does it auto clear?

4. Do System Notes on Native records such as Case, Transaction, Customer all count towards data storage? If so, what are some ways to clear these?
