Issue Management Module - Feedback?
Anyone using the Issue Mgmt module? We are a software company and thus track defects/enhanacements. I looked at this module a while back but cannot remember all of the details. I am getting ready to cut over my call center now and am trying to decide whether to use a custom record I have for managing internal NetSuite-related enhancements/defects or to use the issue management module. If you have the IM module, I'd be interested to know in how it is working for you.
