Topic / Solution functionality
I would like to hear from anyone using the Topic / Solution (Knowledge Base) functionality in NetSuite.
We are looking at using it as kind of a "staging area" for a place to put our draft knowledge articles. The idea is to track usage of a Solution (by how many times it is associated to cases) and republish those with high usage to our external Knowledge Base (we do not plan on using NetSuite's external Knowledge Base).
Although we like what we are seeing so far, there do seem to be some limitations (searchability in the 'Insert Solution' box for one) and I was hoping to see if there were other hidden drawbacks and how folks go around those.
