labeling assemblies

Hi,  When building assemblies in netsuite we also have a need to physically labels those assemblies.  Currenltly we are printing out labels from Zebra software onto a Zebra printer.  But this is a manual type in the correct part number to pull up the correct label to print.

Some items we use small 1x1.5 barcode labels.   Other assemblies we use 2x3 labels with Barcode, descritpion and other details.

Does anyone use a more automated system for printing labels and recording assemblies in netsuite?   Any tips or suggestions would be welcome.
