NeSuite records performance metric

Hi, 

Is there any way we can create and set up a metric for NetSuite records performance like sales order with line items between
0 to 25  takes 5 to 10 ms (for save operation)
25 to 50 line items  takes 10 to 20 ms (for save operation), etc.

Any help would be much appreciated!
