Customers with Multiple Deals/Contracts
Hi All,
I'm a new administrator and looking for best practice tips. We are a software/service firm and we have a few third-party resellers. These aren't Partners as netsuite defines a 'partner' but effectively a customer to us where their pricing is based on individual deals. For example, XYZ is our third-party reseller. They contract with ABC co and DEF co for 200 and 500 license provisions each with separate terms. ABC co is $5/user with a 6 month term and DEF co is $3/user with a 12 month term.
If anyone else has a similar operations / sales team, how do you track contract information at a 'deal' level. We also sell multiple products to one customer and more often than not under separate agreements. I want to be able to provide reporting on renewal dates, usage data and other stats at a 'deal' or 'contract' level. I've found our current design of using multi-select boxes to be a bit cumbersome. Any ideas?
