New field Under Credit Cards Sub Tab

Hi Friends,

I want to add some custom entity field under the Credit Cards sub tab. My requirement is store multiple credit cards information for respective customers. But out of all of those credit cards only 1 will be set in the "Active" state. I want to achieve this by adding a new custom field that will store the current state of the cc. It can be either normal text field or check box field.
I tried to use customer code field but i don't know why its not editable.

I am using Suite Scripts to add/update credit card information for customers.
