NetSuite Electronic Payments for Global Payment Processing Management

Anyone know yet what this functionality is?  We are looking for a single gateway for issuing checks, ACHs and wires.  In addition, we want to be able to do all our payments through this gateway including refunds to customers (not just payments to vendors).
