web order received without cr cd processed

Received an order this morning via the web site and NO credit card information came thru on the order.  Absolutely nothing.  It was totally blank.  Checked customer file and they have no "net" terms, and order came in as "cash sale", not "invoice". 

Orders recieved just before it and just after it are fine.

This was a new customer and her first order.

Anyone else ?????
