Department Restrictions
Using Department Restrictions, I hope to be able to restrict the viewing of Cases owned by users in 1 role, from users in another role.
In the help it states that;
Own and sub-departments only – Users can only select their own department and subdepartments of their department in the department field.
They can only access transactions and records with their department or subdepartments selected in the department field.
What I am wondering is where it refers to "Records" are "Cases" records? I have tried testing this but my test role, which is restricted as above can still see case records that I was hoping to restrict!
