New Netsuite Admin Forum?
Everyone-
Being relatively new to Netsuite and seeing the frustration that exists with getting a response on service/bug issues, I was just curious why no one has attempted to set up an external message board that would be viewable to the public? (Perhaps they have and I am just unaware)
The point being, does Netsuite really care if everyone is fussing in here if no one can see in? My only assumption is that Netsuite would be forced to be a bit more proactive if both prospective clients and the media were able to see behind the curtain. (if board were spidered/indexable) I cannot imagine that such a board would not become a top priority from the higher-ups.
