NetSuite uptime status

I really like the idea of the new status page at http://status.netsuite.com, but I have been getting the following error all day long:

The database you are trying to access is experiencing difficulties and has been taken offline. Please try again in a few minutes.
I wouldn't consider this having "All NetSuite Systems Fully Operational."  Does anyone know how often this information is updated?

ADDED:  I should add that this is a Sand Box account, but I still think having a very pricey Sand Box down all day is unacceptable as well.
