Most Roles Down

Most of our roles (including Administrator) currently cannot view any Sales Orders with out getting the fun message:

"Error
 
An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information."
 

- this just about shuts our company down and our case that was submitted yesterday has not even been looked at yet.  Has anyone had anything similar happen and if so, how long did it take you get back up and going?
