After v2007, the logo link on our web-store is broken

After v2007, the logo link on our web-store is broken.  The logo is not linked to our home page (like it was prior to v2007).  I thought that the link preference may inadvertently have been deleted by NS as a result of our v2007 upgrade.  I tried to find and fix the preference, but the "logo link preference" is missing in v2007.
