Manufacturer Country

I am trying to create a Item List that shows the items Country that it was Manufactured in.  BUT for some reason I can't find "Manufacturer Country" in the drop down list?  We're still in the old version, but I even look at our Beta Account & I can't find it.
Are we not able to show the Manufacturer Country???
