Saved Search not removing memorized transactions since 2007

We have several transaction alerts that fire every time a transaction is entered.  The alert is supposed to exclude all memorized transactions (memorized=false).

After we were upgraded to 2007 the alerts began firing for all transactions including memorized.  This is a big deal for us since we have thousands of memorized transactions every month.

We have also had two other issues with memorized transactions.  I'll be calling support in the morning.

Does anyone know if the behaviour of memorized transactions was intentionally changed in 2007?
