Flash Banner not showing on Online Customer Form

Hi,

Anyone ever have this problem? I have an Online Customer Form, using a Template. The Template has a Flash (.swf) header animated image. Works fine with Firefox, but Internet Explorer refuses to display it. If open the image's link directly in IE, it also loads fine. Looks like it refuses to work by passing through Netsuite or something.

Anyone know what that's about?
