An Unexpected Error has occured (on login)

All of our staff report that they can't log in to Netsuite.  They all get a netsuite error that says "An Unexpected Error has occured.  Support has been notified about the problem"  (or something silmilar).

status.netsuite.com reports that everything is a-ok.  Anyone else having this issue?
