Entering international telephone numbers
I've been noticing some seemingly random behaviour around telephone number entry in Netsuite.
As a global company with global clients , we need store country code as well as the national details for telephone numbers. The generally accepted international format is to use a '+' character before the country code (you can check this out yourself through wikipedia or the International Telecommunication Union standard E.123, no kidding)
Our installation of Netsuite has allowed the importation of customer and contact details with the '+' character, but consistently refuses to allow the entry of the '+' when entering a new record.
