Scheduled reports and alerts are not working

Most of our scheduled reports and saved searches are not working.  I am also told this will apply to our alerts.

Helpfully I am informed that this is happening to other NS customers and that it will be fixed in a release some time Q3/Q4 this year. 

Is this happening to your scheduled reports, saved searches or alerts?

These were critical to how we have to operate, and something that was very much part of the NS sales pitch.  After 9 months of paying for NS, are we now expected to pay for another 9 until we get a core function?
