Outlook integration

Hi

I have just installed outlook Integration as i was led to believe that the Outlook integration  synced emails and contacts and calender.

my question is how can i sync my calender with Outlook integration?

I have also tried the Outlook Synchronisation program but i keep getting an XML error.
