My Team / Administrative full access Calander

Hi

Does anyone know if i can setup a "My Team" Calander veiw. in other words one overall calander view to show me what my team is up to over teh day, week and month?

I also logged as enhancement a very long time ago that with Administrator Role i should be able to see and edit all calanders. can anyone give me a idea as to when or if this will happen?
