New Defect-Free Accountant role
When IP address restrictions are in effect, and an 'Accountant (reviewer) role is assigned to a vendor, marked as a 'free accountant', The vendor is unable to login due to ip address restrictions.
If the vendor is an accounting firm, it is highly unrealistic that they will provide the IP address of their computers - also, if they are using a laptop and moving from their office to the system owners office- it can really get interesting.
The IP address rules state that they apply to employees-and there is no area on the vendor record to allow for 'ALL' Ip addys. This means that IP rules must either be turned off completely or the accountants IP (or IP's) must be added to company information`while hoping and praying the accountant is not using a laptop..
