URGENT: Sandbox sending emails to external users
We have had a similar issue in the past were our Sandbox was emailing invoices to clients based upon a memorized transaction in the system. So our clients were receiving double invoices and one was not correct. After a few months that was resolved. I hope this is unrelated.
Now we notice that a saved search is emailing results to people on the sandbox. I submitted case #725162. Included on the case are email headers which clearly show one of the emails coming from the sandbox environment. We are a bit concerned that this may impact transaction email which should be sent shortly.
