Mass Update: Update Purchase Price from most recent purchase

Hi All,

I can't get this to work - have tried numerous time.

I select 'Update Purchase Prices from Most Recent Purchase' from Mass Updates.

I don't add any criteria, and don't changes results.  I preview and all my items are listed.  I click on 'Update'. 

The results of the mass update - '0 Records changed'

Am I doing something wrong?
