Script needed for parent billing address

Dear All

Does anyone Know if it is possible to import the parent Billing address for new customers when you select the "child of" in the customer entry form?

I already know it is populated when done from the parent record.

What I need is this done but from Scratch not the parent record.

I have raised this issue as an enhancement with netsuite. En#140048 case number 763670
