DEFECT: CSV Import of Accounts in OneWorld Acct causes Unexpected Error

Case# 770526: Unexpected Error occurs if you include any one of the Financial Layout fields (Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Income Statement) when doing a CSV Import of Accounts.

We have over 500 Accounts to import into a new OneWorld account. Nothing else can be done until this is accomplished.

Our client is very concerned that such an obvious bug exists. He asks if anyone at NetSuite actually tests the software before it is released. I'm not sure how to answer.

Case was filed yesterday. I requested that a DEFECT be immediately filed. Why hasn't this been done?
