Many of our categories use standard NetSuite layouts that don't use templates.  Today I noticed that they are no longer showing their header image.  I checked the layout and it was set to display a header image.  I called NS and through some testing, we realized that it does show the header image if we use a "templated" layout.  Just the layouts that don't use templates are affected by this picture killing bug.

Unfortunately, we use dense list layouts throughout our website and the only image the customer sees is the one at the top of the page and it is the category image.  They then pick the item they want from a pictureless dense list.  So, many of our items are now completely pictureless.  I would guess that it would lower ones sales if their items don't have a picture.
