Customer complaints about Netsuite checkout experience

Here is an email from one of our customers today.  This is one of a few emails we receive once in a while....

"My experience with your web page was great, but my experience with checkout.netsuite.com was poor.  Their process is slow as molasses, not remotely intuitive, nor is it similar to just about any other checkout experience I've had.  All in all it took me about 45 minutes to complete my purchase once your web page turned me over to checkout.netsuite.com.  Because of this only, I'm not sure I would order from you again."
