New UPS Thermal Printer Integration - HELP

We just recieved our new label printer and I've followed all the instructions and read a bunch of threads but still can't seem to find out what's wrong with this.  I even called NetSuite and they said that I couldn't use this type of printer, Zebra ZP450.  Is this true?  From the threads it seems like other people are using Zebra printers. 

My label.bat file looks like this:
NET USE lpt2: \\%COMPUTERNAME%\ZebraZP4
COPY %1 lpt2
NET USE lpt2: /DELETE

I tried changing the port to LTP1 because that's what it is on my computer. I've tried changing COPY to PRINT.  I've tried using USB cable and the printer cable.  I can NOT get this to work. Please help me!!!
