WTH is "All items must be distributed at least one day before they may be ..."?!

I just tried to save an inventory transfer and this is the error message that was displayed:

All items must be distributed at least one day before they may be transferred.


I've never seen this before.  NetSuite, what did you do Thursday night?  Why can't I transfer inventory?  I have serialized items stuck in a location I can't fulfill from, this is bad.  What did you do?  How do I fix it.

Anyone else seeing this message at all?
