Sites down

So...2 of our 3 web stores are down, but system.netsuite.com is fine. This looks like one of the troublesome machine names: sh.j23.sv. It's weird...the sites keep coming back up for a few seconds and going back down again. It's been about 15minutes of this...

One of our sites just got switched to sh.j11.sv but that's still slow and the CSS + javascript in the pages aren't loading consistently.
