Cannot login using IE

We've got a bunch of users, some that use IE and some that use FF. For those that are using IE they are unable to login to NetSuite. The problem is that our ESET AntiVirus is picking up some trojan. It is only when they are trying to login to the NetSuite site. Anyone else having this issue?

Additional info - the people switched from IE to FF and were able to login with no problem.
