Checkout Errors (Again)

An error occured during checkout:

Error Ticket:



Is there a reason errors are generated without ticket numbers? The only benefit to this is that I can call the customer now and find out why they have not finished their order.

Also the time does not take into account our time zone difference (+3 hours), but thats a null issue.
