Help! Need a simple answer to a silly question

How do we CONCAT three strings with dividers in MASS UPDATE?  I tried different ways, but did not seem to get any of these to work:
Formula for TransferField: CONCAT({number},"/",{custbody12},"/",{shipto})
Formula: CONCAT({number},'/',{custbody12},'/',{shipto})
Formula: CONCAT({number},{/},{custbody12},"/",{shipto})
